Panel discussion and tabletop exercise
A crisis is a moment of heightened risk and uncertainty, requiring timely and often high-stakes decision-making.
In this session, panelists will share first-hand experiences of leading through crises, reflecting on what proved effective and where they would approach decisions differently in hindsight.
The discussion will highlight practical lessons learned and examples of best practice across complex environments. Participants will then apply these insights through a facilitated tabletop exercise, translating reflection into actionable decision-making strategies.
