I'm not here for the vibes, not the drama
Black Box teater inviterer til Fredagsforum: en rekke fagseminar der vi forsøker å gå i dybden av ulike aktuelle temaer relatert til scenekunst. Fredag 13. juni tar vi utgangspunkt i Hans-Thies Lehmanns klassiker «Postdramatic Theatre» fra 1999. Det er en bok som har betydd mye for mange og preget samtalen om teaterets praksis i lang tid. Nå, 26 år senere, ønsker vi å spørre: Hvor står det postdramatiske teateret i dag? Har det samme relevans som tidligere? Hvordan er utsiktene for fremtidens teater?
Det blir enkel matservering og kaffe/te. Baren vil holde åpent etter seminaret. Samtalen og foredrag vil foregå på engelsk.
Arrangementet er gratis og krever ingen påmelding.

Trine Falch
Trine Falch is a theatre maker whose work includes scriptwriting, directing, and design – in earlier days also acting and performing. She dropped out of theatre studies at the University of Bergen in 1986 to co-found Verdensteatret and later joined the performance collective Baktruppen. She is a founding member of Susie Wang.

Ole Johan Skjelbred
Trained actor from the National Academy of Theatre (1998). Has performed in around 60 productions at the National Theatre, Det Norske Teatret, DNS in Bergen, the Royal Danish Theatre, Trøndelag Theatre, and Black Box Theatre. Has acted in approximately 25 films. Worked as a dramaturge at The Norwegian Centre for New Playwriting from 2013 to 2024. From 2024, he is the program director at the Norwegian Actors’ Centre. Has translated, adapted, and reworked about 40 plays for various theatres. Has done scenography for 16 productions. Has directed performances based on texts by: Herman Melville, Dostoevsky, Hamsun, Michel Houellebecq, Dag Solstad, Robert Woelfl, Lisa Lie, Camara Lundestad Joof, Bernard-Marie Koltès, Karel Čapek, Arne Lygre, Matias Faldbakken, Molière/Brecht, Elfriede Jelinek, Homer/Mercury/Skolseg/Walcott. Camilla Eeg-Tverbakk
Camilla Eeg-Tverbakk is a practicing dramaturg within the scope of interdisciplinary performing arts, and professor in drama and theatre at Oslo Metropolitan University. Her research interests concerns new frameworks for thinking and practicing dramaturgy, staging of documentary material, applied theatre, and ethics and artistic research. She holds an MA in Performance Studies from New York University, and a PhD from Roehampton University/ London where she developed the concept 'Theatre-ting', which is a meeting between the possibilities offered by the spaces of theatre and new materialism, post-human perspectives, and documentary material. Eeg-Tverbakk is former artistic director of the acting program at Norwegian Theatre Academy/ NTA (2007-11), and she is leading the research group for Artistic Research at Institute for Art, Design and Drama at OsloMet. Florian Malzacher
Florian Malzacher is a curator, writer, dramaturg and visiting professor for dramaturgy and curatorial practice at the University of Design & Arts in Karlsruhe. He is host of the online platform “The Art of Assembly”. His books and essays have been translated into more than fifteen languages, amongst them “The Art of Assembly, Political Theatre Today (engl., 2023).

Lasse Lilleng
Lasse Lilleng is an Oslo-based director and performer. He holds a bachelor's degree in directing from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, where he is currently completing his master's degree in theatre with a specialization in directing. He is also a trained actor from the Norwegian Theatre Academy (NTA).
