ekstrakurs: Cueing for musical theatre

EKSTRA-KURS LAGT UT: Fordi det ble så fort utsolgt, har vi lagt til et ekstra kurs torsdag 12.juni.
A practical course for stage managers on how to cue musical theatre. This is both for those who want to learn, and for those who already have some experience calling musicals or opera, but would like to further their skills. Sharon Hobden is a Deputy Stage Manager and show caller with long experience calling large scale musicals in the West End.
Sharon will take you through her process for creating “the book” (prompt copy), and share useful tips and experience on how to deal with the different elements and challenges when calling a show - from the rehearsal room, through technical rehearsals and until the last show.
Target audience: Stage Managers / Deputy Stage Managers. For this course to be useful to you, you will need to be able to follow sheet music. If you don't know how to read sheet music already, we offer THIS COURSE (link)
Necessary equipment: Pencil, ruler and rubber + something to take notes on. You are also welcome to bring an example of your own “book”/cuing script/klaveruttog/kjøremanus.
